Thomas Egger's grain elevator located on the M0-PAC line (10th street). He also had a house less than 100 yards west of the elevator. Thomas Egger also had a bank in Lamar in the early 1900's. It was located on the south side of the Square where Pahlows is now. It went bankrupt around the time of the stock market crash in the 1920's.

You can also see the depot to the south of the elevator. It was located in between 10th and 11th street.
